This project was completed in Industry, PA. The house was completely gutted and had been left empty for 8 years. Half of the roof was inadequately constructed and began sagging to a failure. The roof was jacked back into position and heavily reframed for support also adding a vaulted ceiling. The house was redesigned to add two downstairs bedrooms, a first floor bathroom, and an open kitchen, dining and living area. There was an instillation of an elegant staircase to an upper third bedroom and second bathroom addition. To round out the project new insulation, drywall, paint and trim package was installed, along with new windows, doors, and siding.
