In my life outside of health and fitness, I am an Assistant Project Manager for a general contractor as well as a bonus mom & a health conscious baker!

As far as my personal health & fitness journey, I am now focused on maintaining my physique, learning kickboxing & chasing balance in this crazy busy life we get the opportunity to live!
