Getting started is simply taking the first step… for some thats getting moving…. others, it’s starting with nutrition; what does getting started look like for you?
me: I’m a combo - exercise & nutrition but I’ve been doing this for 7 years now as well. I started with exercise first, the nutrition came when I got into bodybuilding.
