This 5 week meal plan is a very specific meal plan designed for overall health/wellness with 5 weeks of pre selected meals for each day. It takes the guess work out of eating completely! All you have do to is EXECUTE. Its true, what we put in our body directly correlates with what we get out. Once of my biggest mottos in life is if ya put crap in, your going to get crap out.
